‘Que the Delicious: The Pig & Pint

There’s nothing like a heaping plate of pulled pork or brisket with a side of collard greens, barked beans, or smoked mac and cheese. Located in the heart of Fondren, Pig & Pint is serving up delicious BBQ platters in an atmosphere that’s fun for all ages. Whether it’s nachos, a salad, tacos, delicious sides, or ‘que plates, Pig & Pint has something for all the BBQ lovers to enjoy.

To kick off your delicious meal at Pig & Pint, start with small plates like Pork Belly Corn Dogs, Fried Boudin Balls, Pork Rinds and Queso, or Pimento Cheese. Smoked Wings are also on the menu with flavors like Hot BBQ, Asian Style, and White BBQ.

If you’re into nachos, try Pig & Pint’s Pork Rind Nachos. Options are pulled pork, smoked chicken, and brisket, and they come topped with queso, smokehouse beans, pickled onions, pico de gallo, jalapenos, BBQ sauce, and sour cream. All the elements of nachos, but on top of pork rinds instead. If you prefer tortilla chips, regular BBQ nachos are also available. Similarly, P&P Disco Fries are like nachos, except everything is piled on top of Pig & Pint’s delicious French fries.

For the main course, several options are available like BBQ Tacos. Choose from Brisket BBQ Tacos, Fried Green Tomato Tacos, Pulled Pork Tacos, Smoked Chicken Tacos, or the BBQ Taco Sampler that includes a choice of three. Sandwiches at Pig & Pint range from BBQ Pulled Pork, BBQ Chicken, BBQ Brisket, Fried Bologna, Fried Green Tomato BLT, Smoked Chicken Salad, Bacon Melt, and the Boudin Burger. If you need something lighter, try out the BLT Salad, House Salad, or the Smoked Chicken Caesar Salad.

If you’re craving BBQ and want the whole experience, opt for a ‘Que Plate. Each plate comes with bread and a choice of two sides, and plates range from Award-Winning Pepsi Cola Glazed Baby Back Ribs, Brisket Plate, Pulled Pork Plate, and Smoked Half Chicken. For an even bigger portion, try to Que Sampler that comes with a choice of three meats, the Pitmaster Sampler that includes half a slab of ribs with a choice of two other meats, or the Grand Champion Sampler for two that includes a full slab of ribs and two other meats.

For the kiddos, Piglet Plates include a Kid’s Burger, Chicken Tenders, or Corndog. Finish off your meal with a unique dessert like Fried Twinkie Strawberry Shortcake, Bananas Foster Banana Pudding, and much more.

Pig & Pint also boasts an extensive beer list, and the atmosphere makes for the perfect place to hang out with friends on the outdoor patio.
